We work a electronic diary system, so we can ensure that we'll look at jobs within a realistic time scale for you and for us.
We have used this system for some time now, and it seems to work well and fairly, however sometimes external factors might affect your timeframe; for example, the weather or the pandemic. We always endeavour to be honest with our time scales when looking at quotes and jobs.
- No. We have many years of experience in the building and joinery trade, with our team at the moment accumulating over 100 years of experience between us. We are a family business and we keep our own costs realistic, which means we can pass this on to you, the customer. Additionally, we also have our own in-house, fully equipped joinery workshop which allows us to minimise costs.
- We don't have to subcontract work out to help keep costs in check, and we have been using the same local suppliers for many years. As we have a good relationship with them, our customers benefit in the long term.
- We are also fully insured with a comprehensive public liability to safeguard you and us when working on your project. Remember, quality is long enjoyed when we have forgotten about the cost! We are very proud to have our name on our vehicles since 1983.
We also are worried about COVID-19, but we feel we have put every means in place to protect you and us when working.
We have comprehensive risk assessment and method of works for every single job we do as, you may understand, every job is different. Thus, we look at every job before we start and we will explain in detail how we will both complete the project and keep all parties safe.
