The first step is to have a clear idea of what you want changed or replaced in your bathroom. Take note of the fixtures that you are unhappy with and find some examples of bathroom styles that you like.
That way, when you come to us for a new bathroom renovation, we can work together to design and create a bathroom that is both practical and perfectly suited to your vision.
The amount of renovation work you want us to carry out is up to you. We can replace a sink, toilet or shower individually or remodel and redesign your whole bathroom.
Unfortunately, your bathroom will not always be available to use whilst it is being worked on. We can take measures to have certain parts working at certain times (I.e. the toilet at night) but you will have to deal without a fully functioning bathroom during the renovation timeline.
If the bathroom is the only one in the house, please let us know and we can take through your available options before any work is carried out.
If you are only renovating your exiting bathroom, you will not need a permit of planning permission unless the building is listed.
Permits will only be needed if you are adding a new bathroom to a former bedroom or storage area due to the planning permission needed for new drainage systems, new ventilation, structural alterations or electrical work.
